Terms of Service
House of Shrusha is owned and operated by House of Shrusha Lifestyle Private Limited. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Made-to-Measure & Custom Orders
Many of our garments are customised or tailored to individual customer preferences. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, they cannot be resold.
For this reason:
-
Made-to-measure and customised orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
-
We will do our best to accommodate modification requests if informed early, but changes cannot always be guaranteed.
-
In certain cases, additional charges may apply for order modifications.
Accuracy of the measurements or customisation details provided by the customer is the customer’s responsibility.
Product Nature & Craftsmanship
House of Shrusha garments often involve hand embroidery, delicate fabrics, and handcrafted finishing.
Due to the nature of these materials:
-
Slight variations in embroidery or embellishments may occur.
-
Delicate fabrics such as chiffon and georgette may naturally be prone to pulls or minor wear.
-
Minor movement of embellishments may happen over time and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
These characteristics are a natural part of handcrafted garments.
Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product received, please contact our team.
After inspecting the item, House of Shrusha may offer one of the following solutions, depending on the situation:
-
Repair
-
Replacement
-
Refund to the original payment method or bank account.
The appropriate resolution will be determined after a quality assessment by our team.
For faster resolution, we request a clear unboxing video showing the package and product condition at the time of opening.
Order Records & Measurements
For custom orders, the details recorded in the House of Shrusha Order or Measurement Slip will be considered final in the event of any discrepancy.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements and specifications provided are accurate.
Ownership of Products
Ownership of the garment will be transferred to the customer only after full payment has been received.
Garment Care
To maintain the quality and longevity of your garment, we recommend the following care guidelines:
-
Store garments in separate covers when not in use
-
Avoid direct contact with other embroidered garments
-
Keep away from water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals to prevent discoloration
-
Dry clean only through a reputed professional dry-cleaning service
